A Diamond a Decade Ago

I was not able to visit Disneyland this past weekend for the start of its 70th Anniversary celebration, so in the meantime, I'm going to go back through my archives for previous milestone birthday photos.  Today features the Sleeping Beauty Castle during the park's Diamond Anniversary a decade ago.  The park furnishings department embraced the diamond motif, draping the castle in an elegant silver and blue aesthetic that celebrated this big occasion.  The photo below was taken before the final trimmings were applied, but it nonetheless showed how classy the castle looked!
