Hanging with the Oogie

The Trick or Treat Trails at Oogie Boogie Bash rotate in and out over the years, but the one that will never go away is for Oogie Boogie himself.  It is his event, after all, and he occupies a prime spot inside the Art of Animation building.  With roulette screens spinning all around him, the villain from The Nightmare Before Christmas cackles and struts and poses.  He's a big hit, and everyone loves seeing him.  But you gotta give it to the villain--he throws a great party!
