Stretching the Holiday Season

These days, the seasonal run of Haunted Mansion Holiday almost feels as long as the regular version. Starting in late August now, with the beginning of Halloween Time, this overlay runs over four months into January--sometimes even well past the end of the holiday season at the Disneyland Resort!  It reduces the special nature of the ride a little bit, but that hasn't dampened popularity, as the lines are still plenty long, and wrecking of the halls by Jack Skellington is still eagerly enjoyed.  And so, as long as that persists, we'll see this version back time and time again... the citizens of Halloween Town colliding with the Christmas holiday to provide a dazzling Haunted Mansion makeover!
