Dusk at the Faire

Yesterday, I had the chance to preview the new Fantasy Faire expansion of Fantasyland, which opens to the general public on Tuesday.  And I have to say that I left feeling very impressed by what Disney has done to this area!  The charming village like atmosphere of Fantasyland has spilled outside the castle walls, and the result is gorgeous architecture and whimsical atmosphere that is sure to be a hit with children and families alike.

There's a lot to offer in this compact space, so I've decided to do something different this week.  Normally, I try to maintain a diversity of subjects from day to day, alternate between parks and among various lands.  But with so much to offer (and the fact that I took hundreds upon hundreds of photos yesterday!), I'm going to spend this week covering various facets of Fantasy Faire.  So stay tuned for updates showcasing the theming, shows, and meet-and-greets offered in Disneyland's newest addition--all coming this week!

Blue hour descends upon the Fantasy Faire, just outside Sleeping Beauty's Castle.
