Christmas at Carthay II

The holidays are always a lovely time of year at the Disneyland Resort, with festive cheer and beautiful decorations throughout the parks.  Each different, participating themed land has its own way of celebrating and showing off their decor, but I've always been a fan of the classic Christmas look, with traditional and colorful Christmas lights and wreaths and holly.  And that's exactly what Buena Vista Street presents for guests entering Disney California Adventure.  The condensed entry corridor is not as photogenic as Main Street, U.S.A., particularly with the Hyperion Bridge having to span and obstruct the views in order for the monorail to go through, but things open up beautifully once guests arrive at Carthay Circle.  With the Carthay Christmas tree on one end behind the Storytellers Statue and the iconic Carthay Circle Restaurant tower standing opposite it, it's full of holiday cheer, and savoring the last bit of yuletide ambiance before leaving the park at night is always a treat and a delight!
