Avengers After Hours

For the longest time, I would pursue late night photo runs at the Disneyland Resort by patiently waiting until the last park guests had left the scene, then take my bracketed empty park photos to capture that crisp, magical after hours ambiance.  But often times, guests would linger too long, and by the time I had my empty scene, security would be sweeping me out of the area already.  Eventually, I lost the patience to stay late.  Naturally, that's when scenes that I traditionally had to expend a lot of time in sticking around after hours started opening up without that effort.  The empty shot of Avengers Campus below was taken by happenstance--the result of my walking by on an evening where everyone had already left the area, or I happened to be between two groups passing through the frame.  Seeing the money shot available, I quickly set up my tripod and fired off several bracketed nighttime shots to capture the scene.  Fortunately, they came in crisply, and with much less patience than I traditionally needed, I had some nice empty park shots like the one below!
