The Halloween Hue

Out of the major colors out there, most people probably associate orange the most with Halloween.  But when it comes to lighting, I think purple accomplishes cooler, moodier scene.  The tone of purple lighting is so abnormal and bizarre that it kind of feels naturally ghostly.  Even orange lighting is on the same spectrum as warm indoor lights and traditional streetlights.  But purple?  We don't see that anywhere, really.  And somehow, it blends well with deeper dark blues and oranges and even some supernatural greens.  And even though a purple scene like Buena Vista Street during Halloween Time sort of wrecks havoc on a photos' color balance, it still looks so darn wicked!

The Carthay Circle Restaurant tower looms and emanates supernatural energy in the background as Buena Vista Street glows with spooky, purple Halloween Time lighting!
