Aulani's Afternoon Glow

The first time I ever visited Aulani, I thought the lagoon behind the hotel was private and closed off, so I never bothered to venture over.  Only after I had completed my visit did I realize that it was not exclusive, guest-only property.  So the next time I visited, I made sure to photograph this beautiful Hawaiian hotel from the ocean side, capturing the warm glow of the afternoon sun casting its shine on the majestic dual wings.  With a cozy, sandy shore, pretty palm trees, and a wonderfully blue sky, this scene was pure paradise.  And it provided a great vista to imprint on camera!
