A Parisian Sunset

It's been five years since I've gone to Disneyland Paris, and though my previous gap was eight years (and it's been ten years since my only trip to Walt Disney World), the itch is still there to take in what in my opinion is the most beautiful Magic Kingdom park out there.  Though each of the Magic Kingdoms around the world has its strengths, I don't think any combines charm, scale, line-up depth, and whimsy quite like the European park.

Disneyland Paris has a lot of the same things that most of the other Disneylands have--a Main Street, central castle, Fantasyland, a Western-themed land, a futuristic land, a runaway mine train, a haunted house, a rocketship roller coaster, and more.  But it wraps all of that together with detail and Parisian charm that feels unrivaled.

Pair that with a dramatic sunset at the end of a beautiful day, and you might understand how romantically I hold this park.  It's grand and sumptuous and delightfully rich.  And I can't wait to go back... someday!
