Blue Skies and Black Spires

Now that Halloween is over, we're in the narrow window between the autumn holidays at the Disneyland Resort and the winter holidays.  So with that in mind, we'll be posting non-seasonal photos for a limited time, until Christmas really takes over everything once again.  As is the way these cycles go.

Today's scene takes us back to Batuu, where life along the Galaxy's Edge continues regardless of whatever holiday customs take place "off planet."  As the seasons change, a cool air starts to take hold, but it won't detract from the beauty and grandeur of this rugged planet.  On the other hand, as winter approaches, maybe we'll get some of those famed grand sunsets that the planet's three suns are known to produce.  As the locals say, "Only the ancients know."

A beautiful afternoon in Batuu.
