A Pierfect Pal-A-Round

I've never been a fan of the name change of Mickey's Fun Wheel to the Pixar Pal-A-Round, because the former was such a great name to begin with, and "Pal-A-Round" sounds kind of odd. And maybe because of that semi-subconscious bias, I haven't really taken many photos of this large ferris wheel attraction since it received its makeover.  On my most recent trip, I made a point to try to rectify that with a photo stop when I was strolling around Paradise Park and Pixar Pier.  It helped that it was a beautiful blue sky day, making the vibrant colors of the attraction pop.  Though I still don't care for the name, I do like how the theming and ambiance around this area of Pixar Pier are still elegant, detailed, and ornate.  I wish Disney had carried this aesthetic all the way entirely through the pier, but I guess I'll settle for these framed vantage points.
