A Revamped Bayou Entrance
Late night photo runs were few and far between last year, but on the last night before my Magic Key got blocked out during Christmas and New Year's, I ventured out to captre images of the holiday ambiance. In some cases, I wasn't sure what to expect, because I hadn't been buy such areas during the holidays. The revamped Bayou Country, with Tiana's Bayou Adventure, was the most prominent example. The attraction before it, Splash Mountain, featured a rustic Christmas appearance during the holidays, with wreaths and ribbons striking a charming scene. I wondered if Tiana's would extend New Orleans Square's festive Noel celebration, but alas, I found the attraction to be the same as its normal self--no holiday decorations adorning anything--even though the holiday decorations across the walkway from past Critter Country days were retained.
Perhaps they'll install something next year, or perhaps the park has just decided that this new attraction doesn't warrant anything special for the holidays. In any case, here's an empty nighttime photograph of the main entrance near the station!
