The Peeping Queen

High atop her perch, overlooking Fantasyland, she lurks, sneering over all beneath her.  Every once in a while, she'll even steal a glance upon her subjects, as though to bless them with the glimpse of her beauty.  But the Evil Queen shares neither love nor care for others.  She is narcissistic, cunning, and cruel, and a being to be feared.  And when she comes bearing gifts... well, best not be accepting them.
