Dapper Day Spring 2017: Disneybounding Duos (and Trios)

Our Dapper Day coverage continues this week with more Disneybounding photos from Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.  If you missed yesterday's and Tuesday's posts, check them out.  And as for today, we look at the paired up (and sometimes tripled up) guests who paid homage to their favorite Disney characters or themes.  Whether its couples or friends, it's great to see people get into the thematic wardrobe act together, and Dapper Day certainly featured some great ensembles.  Here are just a few from Sunday.

Cosplay Parents were adorable, appearing once again in a Mary Poppins theme like they did last year.
Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps from Zootopia.
A most adorable couple: daddy Hercules and daughter baby Pegasus!

The couple here? Duffy and ShellieMay, sandwiching Jack Skellington.
Kit and Ella from live action Cinderella, and a Captain Nemo Disneybound, which was certainly unique!
Prince Naveen and Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog.
Disney Muses as Buttercup and Mr. Pricklepants, with Monica of Star Command as Trixie, all from Toy Story 3.
Captain Hook and Wendy from Peter Pan.
Sasaki Time as Carl and Ellie from Up.  And that mailbox? Actually a purse!
Sometimes, you run into familiar faces. These two recognized me from taking their photo last fall.
A Tower of Terror couple shows their love for the bygone attraction.
A lovely Baymax and Hiro from Big Hero 6.
Stitch and sequin Minnie ears are sometimes enough with a dapper outfit.
And this Mickey and Donald make for a delightful and adorable pair!
Phyllis Herman is Francis the Ladybug, and her friend is Heimlich, both from A Bug's Life.

This couple had an amazing It's A Small World Disneybound.

And this Hades (from Hercules) and Dr. Facilier couple were also dashingly stylish!

  1. You may need to change the caption on Daddy Donald and Little Alice - that's clearly Hercules (see his medallion?) and Baby Pegasus. I can see the colors interchangeably, though. Thank you for collecting all this great inspiration for the upcoming celebrations.
