The Park in Paradise Park

Once upon a time, Paradise Park was simply the name of the park section of the Paradise Pier themed land, overlooking Paradise Bay, and home to both a nice garden space by day and a terraced audience viewing area for World of Color by night.  But then, a couple of years ago, Disney transformed the back half of Paradise Pier into Pixar Pier, leaving the front half differently themed.  And so, the section of the park containing said viewing area plus The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Goofy's Sky School, Jumping Jellyfish, the Golden Zephyr, Silly Symphony Swings, Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, and Garden Grill was collectively re-christened Paradise Park.

Well, at least the park itself is still beautiful and photogenic as these old photos show it!
