The Makahiki Vibe

The ambiance on the Waikolohe Valley side of the Aulani Resort and Hotel lobby is one of vibrance, life, and home.  The shapes of traditional Hawaiian architecture are adapted to a more monumental form, and the calming water features and lush landscape provide a lovely environment of relaxation and beauty.  From fountains to foliage, this is a serene, tropical wonderland that evokes the best sentiments of paradise, and it marks a fitting last Aulani post of the year, since after tomorrow's Labor Day holiday, we'll start to really dive into the Halloween season!
