Paseo and Céntrico

Earlier this year, the transformation of Downtown Disney continued with the replacement of two other original properties, as the Mediterranean-centric Catal and Uva Bar were renovated into Paseo and Céntrico.  The creation of Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán, this modern Latin American focused duo provide a refined flair to Mexican cuisine. The space they occupy has been given a facelift, with warm wood tones and greenery added to create a sense of lush contemporary luxury.  I haven't had the chance to actually dine at either establishment, but they certainly look pretty at night!
