The Majestic Riverboat House

The Tokyo Disney Resort has a strict rule of not allowing tripods into the park, which means long-exposure nighttime shots can be challenging to capture, unless there's a conveniently placed nearby trash can or railing or light post.  But what if there isn't?  Sometimes you just have to use the ground and point it upward to frame the composition you want.  Just like this photo of the riverboat house in Tokyo Disneyland's Westernland.  It's a stately building, and at night, it glows with a fine illumination that accentuates the architectural details.  The symmetry and classic structure of the building make it a perfect candidate for a head-on photo.  And so, you work with what you have.

The Mark Twain Riverboat building is an elegant piece of architecture at Tokyo Disneyland.
