Paradise Glowing Golden

Earlier this week was nothing like the ambiance of the photo below. Instead of cool and drizzly, we actually had a bit of a heat wave earlier this week with temperatures hitting the 90s.  Fortunately, things are cooling down, and we can go back to enjoying Lunar New Year season in better comfort.  

This is an exciting time of year, when the lunar calendar turns the page, and we welcome in a new Chinese zodiac mascot. This year will be the year of the horse, kicking off the back half of the zodiac.  And as is tradition, Disney California Adventure celebrates the occasion with a bevvy of special foods, entertainment, and decorations.  It's a fun time to enjoy each year, and it's flush with wishes for prosperity and good fortune.  Here's to another year of shining bright!
