Screamin' Around the Turn

I've had this shot in mind ever since I got my Nikkor 16-35mm F/4 wide angle zoom lens, but I've always managed to forget about it or miss optimal lighting conditions when I am in the area.  But the turnaround on the far side of California Screamin' has always been a cool angle.  And with the tilted angle of the wide angle, the resulting shot looks like a fish-eye, even though the full frame 16mm zoom is hardly at the fish-eye level.  Still, I feel like it's a groovy little shot.  Next time you're near here at DCA, just look up, and enjoy the view!

A train hurtles through a turn-around on Californian Screamin'.
