The Terrace by the Frontier

I love the feel of the River Belle Terrace. There's always been something about that Southern hospitality and charm that's I've enjoyed, and this antebellum patio on the border of Frontierland and Adventureland somehow successfully bridges the transition of two areas commonly themed to exploration but done in different styles.  A week ago, during the fluke quite July 4th weekend, I was able to photograph the area more architecturally, without the "nuisance" of people getting in the way.  The lovely, golden afternoon sun certainly didn't hurt the cause!

Standing at the entrance to the River Belle Terrace.

There's dining on both sides of the entrance, but I prefer the side next to Adventureland.

It has a much cozier feel, more like a porch, with a comfortable intimacy.
