Creature Courthouse

The effect isn't really impactful until nighttime, when the projections come on, but the Courthouse at the end of the main drag at Radiator Springs takes on an animorphic look during nights at Carsland during "Haul-O-Ween," the Halloween overlay in this Cars-themed area.  Looming behind a rather witchy Stanley (adorably sporting a black traffic cone witch's hat), they look around and stare eerily.  And they're sinisterly wonderful!

The Courthouse has a monstrous visage or three during Haul-O-Ween!
