Seaside Structures

A little over a month ago, the wraps came off a recent refurbishment around the Boudin Bakery and Pacific Wharf Cafe building, and the results were quite colorful! Where drab and faded pastels had laid swaths across the building elevations before, now tomato red, sky blue, mustard yellow, and seaweed green lined the wooden clapboard.  And though I know this isn't entirely realistic, I still actually like it. It's a change but in a friendly and inviting manner.  Do you agree?

The newly repainted Monterey-inspired area of Pacific Wharf.

Although more vibrant than a seaside structure probably looks, I like the extra pop of colors.

The saturation provides a friendly and welcoming facade.
