Sleeping Beauty Castle's 70th

Yesterday featured the "weenie" of DCA, the Carthay Circle Restaurant, in its Disneyland 70th Anniversary decorations. But of course, the main star of the Disneyland Resort during this time is the actual structure that has marked the heart and icon of Disneyland for 70 years.  Sleeping Beauty Castle has been the park's centering monument since 1955, looking grand and regal all the way down from the end of Main Street. Though it's smaller and more intimate than any of the other Disney castles, it's a beautiful classic.  Here it looks in its vibrant 70th Anniversary finest, which uses hues taken off the castle itself!
