The Sea Witch of Buena Vista Street

The Frightfully Fun Parade features numerous Disney villains in its line-up, but the most fitting one to pass by Carthay Circle is the menacing sea witch, Ursula, from The Little Mermaid. Like the string lights illuminating the trees of Carthay Circle, Ursula is recognizable in her trademark hue of purple, and she goes hand in and with the eerie saturation of this part of Buena Vista Street.  If orange is the primary color of Halloween, purple is probably the runner-up, so it works out to see Ursula cruise by all the poor unfortunate souls witnessing her!
