The Jazz Courtyard

A couple of weeks ago, I realized that I had really not devoted much photography at all to the Downtown Disney district at the Disneyland Resort.  It's not like there's nothing to photograph there. The area is quite nice as far as outdoor shopping promenades go, and there are certainly plenty of good viewpoints to capture.  So in the upcoming weeks, I'll be posting more photos from here!

My favorite restaurant at Downtown Disney is Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen. This beautifully themed Orleans-style restaurant features fine American food with a Cajun flair, and the food is certainly flavorful and delicious!

The setting is also lovely. In the same way that New Orleans Square at Disneyland calls to mind the charming nostalgia of the Crescent City, Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen evokes images of the French Quarter and that musical filigree that accompanies it.  I definitely recommend the Jazz Kitchen as a place for lunch or dinner.  You can't beat the ambiance, and the great food makes things even better!
