The Old Treat Trails
Gather around, children, and let me tell you about a tale of how Treat Trails used to be at Disney's separate-ticket Halloween nighttime events. You don't know how lucky you have it now, for they didn't even call them Treat Trails back then. No, they were Trick or Treat Trails, and you had to use two extra words to reference them. You children have no idea how easy you have it, only needing two syllables these days. And back then, you didn't have villains in the Trick or Treat Trails. You just got candy, and that was it! And if you wanted to get photos with Disney characters, you had to get in a different line! This meant you had to choose! Which did you want? Sugar or photo ops? You couldn't have both. At least not at the same time. Not like today's Treat Trails that mix both together as a clever way to pack those candy lines with guests. Oh, if only you were there to have to strategize even deeper to maximize your claims. But you kids have it easy today, yes you do. And don't you forget it!!
