When I say Tokyo Disney Sea is the beautiful theme park in the world, I mean it. Not that it's necessarily a controversial statement, but it really does bear repeating, because everywhere one looks, there's a beautiful vista or an evocative frame or an immaculate detail waiting to be savored and appreciated. Take Fortress Explorations, which is literally a large playground area (with a restaurant). It's Tom Sawyer Island on steroids, with a Rennaissance theme, and it's full of beautiful, ornate architecture, detailed nautical elements, and some of the best vantage points in the park, overlooking Mediterranean Harbor and American Waterfront. Don't believe me? Just take a look at the view below, and tell me this is just a theme park!
