Cindy's Carousel

A carousel is a staple of every Disney Magic Kingdom park.  Ever since King Arthur's Carrousel (so regal it merited two R's) debut at the original Disneyland, each Disney flagship has featured its own central merry-go-round located typically in the heart of Fantasyland (though Shanghai Disneyland has shifted this over to their hub themed land, the Gardens of Imagination).  Hong Kong Disneyland follows the traditional model, and its carousel is themed to Cinderella.  Despite having a sword in a stone in front, the carousel itself features imagery and inspiration from the classic 1950 film.  It's a pretty sight--a bit of familiarity in a park that is at once familiar and unique.
