Whirling Under the Sea

For a children's themed area, Triton's Undersea Kingdom in Tokyo Disney Sea's Mermaid Lagoon is pretty elaborately done.  In an indoor environment, colorful decorations and furnishings and moody, oceanic lighting create a world that definitely paints the sea in a pretty attractive light.  The aquatic atmosphere is charming and kinetic, with ornamentation elements on all sorts of surfaces, and the result is what is effectively a much better and more immersive version of what Disney California Adventure's A Bug's Land originally meant to serve.  Then again, this is Japan.  Stellar quality is to be expected here.
