French Market Cuisine

A couple of months ago, the French Market, in New Orleans Square, updated their menu with some revised offerings. Among them are two new sourdough bread bowls--great, filling meals, especially on a cool day.  I've had the chance to try them, and I can say that they're mighty tasty.  Do they compare to the tried and true clam chowder favorite? Hard to say--it's more of a preference issue based on the ingredients. But I don't think you'll be disappointed ordering either new bread bowl!

The Slow Roasted Lousiana Beef is flavorful and full of tender meat and hearty peas and potatoes.

The Corn Chowder is exceptionally corn-y, and I actually would liked more chowder. But it's sweet and delicious!
